说是58方，但是实际太小了，跟东方文化的60平简直差了一倍，当然，价钱也有差别，不过里面实在是太窄了，升级给我的房型里面还有一道墙，很窄，后来自己要求调回去去了。硬件也不太行，除了位置好，其他的很一般。
