每个房间只有一套小的很小的沐浴露，两个人使用，一是不够用，二是用起来也不方便。br退房的时候非说我们借了转换插头没有还，其实是酒店自己搞错，退房搞了很久

酒店服务人员素质有待提高，总共订了9个房间付好款了，而且都备注好入住人了，竟然随便很容易的把2个房间给了不是我名单中根本不认识的入住住，五星级酒店能这么马虎吗
