我真是脑抽了才会退了家四星酒店选订这家，以为花更贵的价钱可以住好一点，结果一点也不值。首先酒店不能直接下停车场，要绕一大圈非常不方便，在办理入住的时候有另一对房客下来投诉，说卫生不行，一直打前台电话都没人上来处理，换房后门锁又是坏的。入住后发现，房间够大，但后来才发现浴室居然没门，超不方便，装修的灰黏在地上没清理，衣柜居然还有烟头，现在已经是冬天了，居然还是薄被子，问过前台全部房间都没有暖气，同程上介绍的暖气，按摩浴缸，浴室内电视，电脑传真这些我一样都没看到，同程明显在作虚假陈述，故意误导消费者。房间没有多的被子问要两床棉被也只给了一床。早餐普普通通，别的酒店配套没有，附近逛街的地方还算近。总的来说性价比不高，不懂为什么写着豪华型，看着像是租回来的公寓临时改酒店房间来卖。总之，真心不推荐。

总体服务还算不错，非常满意。特别是西餐厅，在31楼边吃边看窗外景色是一种享受。做为五星酒店早点丰富程度只能赶上四星，总体满意。 房间设施环境很满意，WIFI常坏，电话线路有问题只是摆设是唯一的遗憾。
