垃圾艺龙，垃圾酒店，用了n年的艺龙，我是最高级的会员但是他们的处理方式让我非常失望。我不小心看错酒店名字和地点直接预付600多，才发现订错了。第一时间电话客服处理要求退款或者转到另外我本来想住的那个酒店（ps：：都是华美达酒店），让我等了半个小时后一句不好意思退不了也转不了，让我非常心寒。酒店的服务态度也是很冷漠。最后我宁愿拿了房间也没有去住，不管是对艺龙还是酒店的处理都非常不满意。

本来睡了一晚也没多大的感觉！但第二天退房的时候，不小心留下了手镯，回家后才发现，再打电话回酒店找，本来都怕丢了找不回了，没想到10分钟后酒店就回复找到了！一下子酒店客房的服务诚信态度真的不错！

凌晨3点入住，房间很小可以忍。房间一股怪味，不能忍。枕头一股头发很久没洗的油味更不能忍，太失望了。
