地理位置很好，地铁上盖，对面就是万达不愁没地方吃饭；本来订的豪华房，因房间小问题免费给我们升级了行政豪华房，服务员都很有礼貌；第二天去了5楼的富豪轩喝早茶，价格亲民味道很好很赞！唯一觉得不好的是酒店的自助晚餐，品种有点少，不知是否碰上旅行团餐标的原因，等了很久也不加菜，真的有待改进，但服务生和部长？服务很好。下次应该还会再次入住，但应该不会再来吃自助餐了哈～

差！住了这么多次，这次体验非常差！开房让我等了好久也就算了，退房后打电话给我尽然告诉我我把吹风筒吹变形了！让我赔偿！****用了一共没有1分钟！就赖我身上，还说要扣我的预授权，我说你敢扣我就投诉你！尽然前台服务员态度差的要死，还说要投诉就让我投诉！最后一次住！一肚子火！

不能再差，不推荐入住，一堆的团队顾客，完全不理会普通顾客，从4点50到店到目前5点52还没入住，一味解释说“只有两个打扫卫生的”，那所以排班没有排好也转嫁麻烦给顾客吗？
