房间还行，但前台真的很业余，动作慢，办理慢，业务不熟，前台看似有好几个人在，但一个人在干活一群人在看，还一边干活一边聊天，我们一共住三天，每天都看到有人对前台的小姑娘发脾气！前台的服务真的要提升！哪怕手脚快点，现在的酒店都把入住和退房分开处理，这酒店倒好，全都只有一个人在忙，还慢吞吞的！我也是醉了！

酒店环境很好，比订之前看到的评价要好很多，只是到前台接待时等待确认订单时，接待员有点拖拉，业务不熟悉，总体不影响入住的心情。
