酒店设施较旧，卫生一般，放茶水的地方还有半瓶开了的矿泉水，烧水壶内也有前房客的水，厕所洗手盆有头发，还有袜子标签。不过退房方便，极速退房。整体温泉区人手不足，全部自己动手，无人服务，温泉区内没有毛巾，全靠自己从更衣室带出来，十分不便，湿了的话就麻烦找不到干的披上。

这次订房有几个不满：第一，我订的是花园别墅房，结果到那取房时接待员说花园房没有了，给我换了个主楼客房，本来我就是冲着花园别墅房去的，如果没房你就应该在预定时说明，不应该我到那才告知；第二，酒店的早餐也太差了，除了包子还是包子，各种形状各种颜色的包子，就想随便把游客填饱；第三，订房时写的赠送礼包其实就是一句空话，本来就是免费项目，入住就可以享受，为啥多此一举写上去，这不就是欺骗消费者吗！
