住的是贵宾楼，自带泡池的，设施有点老旧了，卫生尚可，整个园区的大环境还是不错的，就是很多小细节还可以改善，比如墙壁有点渗水，电视机有点变色之类的。外面有农家菜可选择，吃饭还算方便。

酒店前台服务人员很一般，下午3点多都没有房间经过多番催促才勉强给了房间但又给错房卡，真是无语😓。房间卫生一般还有点异味装修很旧，有灯不亮都没人修理。温泉区和玩水泳池很大，环境也不错。但碰到另外一个酒店商务人员就大不相同，热情有礼帮我们解决很多问题，还介绍附近美食。真是要表扬👍一下这位杨小姐🌹

温泉区物有所值，周边设施环境也挺有想法，但给人有些英雄迟暮的感觉，客房设施，尤其是卫生希望酒店能重视，两次入住，一次泡池四合院，一次泡池豪华房，地面都很脏，除了灰尘污渍，连果核都有。
