无论是广州（圣丰）、上海（新华联），乃至澳门（十六浦）、新加坡嘅Sofitel都住过，还是觉得你，罗浮宫索菲特是最好👍🏻Sofitel in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Macau and Singapore is not as good as Sofitel at the Louvre.

订房后特殊原因不能到店，经平台和酒店多次沟通都没有一个具体答复，就是机票都可以退，最多就是产生违约金，现在要全部扣除，哪怕是改期去住都不行，服务一点都不人性化，悲哀

*****无发入住，大老远从深圳赶回来乐从。原本想又住乐从最豪华的酒店。房间已经订好了，就是押金的问题非要收现金或者刷卡，我本人没有带钱包过来前台就叫我到楼下找商铺换1000块钱现金来交。然后我走遍了整个乐从，走了差不多一个小时，别说¥1000 ¥500也换不到满头大汗全身都是汗，原本想舒舒服服上去看下股票，哎。亏了钱。（乐从罗浮宫索菲特酒店）真差劲

酒店大堂设计很有格调，房间风格现代，装修设计人性化，有很多自己的亮点。服务方面，体贴并注重细节。到目前为止，这次的入住体验是过往此档次酒店中最好的一次。
