狠狠批评，垃圾，差点出人命，还不负责任。打投诉电话，听到出了这样的事，立马挂我电话，然后一直打都不接。大冻天的我亲戚来了开了三个房间，洗澡时热水一下冷得冻死人，一下子烫得要杀猪了，把我俩个亲戚烫伤。
