位置和外部环境很好。可惜酒店房间的设施太陈旧了，我住3号楼，电视是双影的，根本没法看。电话是不通的，没电。空调噪音太大！性价比不合算，不想再住了！

酒店的位置和周围环境非常不错，在一个山坡上的独栋别墅，面对中心湖，美中不足的是房间的设施有点陈旧了，年数久了，需要更新，特别是电视，还是以前很老的那种点点，打开很不清楚，无法观看，空调也很陈旧，希望能把这些设备更新了，以后还会去住。

我每个月都有人来要订房， 下次很定还会再去。 而且有时候一次就要住几个月。
有个问题。你们CTRIP 的返现为什么5天过后。过了一周了。还不是承若条款，返现？ 这是你们提高服务和生意必须的原则。 信守承若条款。我又快要定房了, 现有的但可否尽快处理完？

入住很方便，离观音寺步行10-15分钟左右，酒店可以停车，内部设施有点旧，不过这个价格还是可以的。
