入住好多次了 服务还是没有太大改善 这次说是给我免费升级了一个房型 但是作为无烟楼层的房间烟味实在难以掩盖 然后大床房也没有了就换了一个一般的标间 住了三天 除了服务很一般以外 其实也过得去

入住体验不是很好，半夜两点半停电停空调半个小时，这么一搞基本睡也睡不好，电话问了说是什么转电，第一次住酒店碰上这样得情况，服务员算是不错的。

一个月起码住两次恒安瑞士，先来说说住的感受吧。首先地理位置非常好，在中心区去哪都方便。服务态度都满意，卫生整洁干净，晚上在房间看风景非常好，床垫软硬适中，早餐种类不算太多，但还算满意，吃早餐在五十楼，边吃早餐边看风景非常舒服，在佛山五星级的酒店都住过好多，个人感觉，总体对恒安瑞士的评分还是比较高的。
