首先怪下自己，太大意！然后不得不吐槽这个酒店，钱包忘在酒店了，早上9点左右退完房去见客户，下午1点半到广州南坐火车时发现身份证不在，才记起钱包放在酒店了，打电话到酒店说的确在酒店，问中间这五个小时酒店为什么没通知客人，回答说酒店服务员查房没发现，态度还非常不好，整个电话过程没有一句道歉，没办法，打个车去酒店拿钱包。到了酒店，说贵重物品不会轻易动，还在房间，跟着大堂经理上到房间20楼，各种喊人敲门，没人开门！最后服务员来了，打开门，钱包的确在桌子上，我就问服务员了：这么大的钱包放在桌子上查房看不见吗？服务员回答说：看见了，早上查房就通知大堂了，大堂经理马上制止了服务员，让她不要再说了。直接问大堂经理：为什么早上查房就发现了，到下午还没人联系我，不吭声。没啥好说的，拿了东西走人，全程没有一个人出来道歉，相信大家都能看出来这是家什么酒店了。来回打车100块，高铁100块，时间浪费2小时，不需要你们赔偿什么，就让大家知道这是家什么酒店，在去火车站的路上，实在气不过，第一次写这么多，能不能发上去。
