第一次遇上这么没诚信和乱扣费的酒店，住完酒店我们到前台结账时，前台时查完房和我们说可以走了，房费从预授权里扣，没有提到任何房间里有消费的事情，等我们离开以后，发现多扣了15元，打电话到酒店询问说是消费了一条一次性浴巾，我就想问下酒店，我们在等你查房的时候，为什么不告知有消费？等客人走了以后说有消费？你们就是这样乱扣费？信任你们才让你们从预授权扣费，不然当场结账就可以和你们对质，你们酒店作为一个商家把诚信这俩字丢脸都丢光了，打了好几次电话会给我答复，到现在一句话都没说，现在的社会信用越来越重要，就你们酒店这诚信度和老赖没什么区别
