酒店的基本设施也对得起酒店的价格。位置不错，交通方便，附近吃饭的地方也挺多。就是酒店的服务还有需要加强和改善。酒店是含早餐的，但不是提供吃早餐的，而是打包的食物，这在预定时没有注明，也基本没有看到过其他任何酒店以这样的方式提供日常的早餐服务。希望有这种形势的早餐服务酒店要事先说明这种特殊情况。还有就是提供的打包早餐要8:00之后才送到房间，如果房间没人也不留下早餐或通知，就当没有早餐这回事了。这点让我们非常不舒服。酒店的价格是包含早餐的，是酒店需要提供的服务之一，不是要客人去追讨的。希望能加强对服务人员的培训。

位置很好在市中心，周边好多吃的，还有星巴克，房间很安静，床上有张小卡片，服务员很热情，看了主题房下次来感受一下

服务差到爆，简直是花着高额的住宿费用享受五流服务～差！劲！房间小的多住一个人都难，还没有窗户，空气很差，最差劲的就是服务，服务员的素质是有史以来住过最差的
