这是我第一次点评.之前预定过很多的酒店从来没有给过差评，我和老公来福州出差，在同程网找了这家酒店标注离市中心8.1公里，实际坐上的士花了51快钱才到酒店，周围无任何设施，都是在建工程，烟尘满天，吃饭得打的士去三公里以外的万达，我们在大堂僵持了半个小时，我老公不肯办理入住，又退不了，还和我发脾气大吵一架，酒店应该秉持人性化的服务理念，然他们视而不见！恍若未闻，前台办理了入住后，要乘坐电梯，还必须出示相关证件，入住后几小时夜间还再次查房，本就身心疲惫，实在失望至极！愿这样的住宿体验别无下次！
