每次去福州出差都会选择希尔顿假日花园酒店，而这次竟然让我看到如此低级失误，入住当晚洗澡后准备用浴巾擦身时，竟然看到浴巾上有个黑色的东西，拿下来一看是一条黑色男士内裤，我就打电话告诉前台，前台告知通知客房经理，等经理来了看过后告诉我由于是前面一位顾客换房的时候留下的，非常抱歉，接着帮我拿了二条新的浴巾，还加了2瓶水和一次性剃须刀说作为补偿，当天晚上也非常累了，也没有继续和她理论下去。试想这个理由是不是太没水准了，顾客换房留下难道是顾客的问题吗？

酒店大门的地方实在是太差，车子开进去都不能开出来，要倒车出来，这一点拉低了整体的档次！
