非常非常差得体验。首先酒店前台只有两把椅子，客人大于两人的时候就都得站着，第二，跟艺龙的配合度很差，很多东西没沟通好，前台看到是网上订房的，就给人一种高高在上的感觉，感觉看不上通过艺龙订房的客人，一会说我们没有这么便宜的房间，一会结账的时候说不提供发票，要找艺龙拿，网站上明明写着发票由酒店开具，前台人员也不予理睬，还要确认来确认去最终才肯开，还有满意度调查根本就是作假，一个年龄比较老的前台一见面就问你感觉酒店怎么样，随口说一句还行，就巴巴的叫你赶紧在意见表上签名，底下的选项都是不让你填，自己拿到旁边都勾非常满意。。下雨天借把雨伞，客房中心的说要交100押金，还不给收据，后面到前台借了把，居然还是漏水的，总之这个酒店根本不把客户体验放在眼里，遇到什么状况都是不理会，官方式的回答令人厌烦！烂透了！
