到前台办入住说晚上十点后才能入住，订单根本没注明，预付订单，没有人工客服，无法取消，当场入住需补两百多元！服务员态度爱搭不理！！面无表情！？房间很小很旧，四星级不如快捷酒店，被芯发黄。太差了！不会再住！
