来福州玩两天，订的观景大床房，房间观景窗挺有特色，后来发现浴室下水有些问题，第二天早上跟酒店反映了下，马上给换了间豪华大床房，酒店的服务超级好比须点个赞！早餐菜品比较丰富，口味也不错，周边交通方便，福州南坐305公交车直达，去三坊七巷和于山我们都是走着去的，楼下就是大超市，吃饭的地方也不少，总之新紫阳酒店给我留下印象非常好，下次来福州还会来住。

连住了二天，酒店的位置还不错，。离高架桥不远，停车方便。卫生条件和早餐都不错。就是没想到我们到店后，酒店给了我们一间铺地砖的房间，当时也没有和我们说明，当我们打开房门时感到很惊讶，心想四星级宾馆的房间怎么会是地砖房？像是住在在客厅里了。于是立马与总台交涉，总台给我们换了一间地板房。在这里我不作评价，只是真实反映情况。

前台很热情，入住后还打电话询问是否满意。，客房服务回应也超快，晚上还送了水果过来。房间的布置很好。地理位置交通很便利。
