服务堪比五星级酒店，尤其接触了几位女经理，负责任且做事灵活变通，遇到问题迅速解决，我们离开门童不在还帮忙拿行李。
酒店一楼设有儿童乐园，住店吃饭都免费玩两小时，免费帮忙照看，小朋友每天都玩得很开心。
酒店四楼是酒楼，出品不错，价格合理。早餐也在四楼用餐，可能出于成本考虑，基本上出餐一次就不会再续，不造成浪费也是对的。
13楼有洗衣机烘干机、健身房，住过酒店、公寓，都没有遇到配有婴儿洗衣液的，这里有，而且还有单独的儿童洗衣机，非常贴心！
客房的床单被套舒适，应该是品牌，从纸巾、沐浴露洗发水就可以看出酒店的用心，只是墙体隔音需要加强，装修细节需要关注，但再综合考虑房价，那绝对性价比极高了！
