  几个大问题： 1.房间提供的水是两瓶冰露，这么多年住过这么多酒店，也算是长了见识了，农夫山泉能贵多少啊 2.早餐用餐非常拥挤，前台知道这个问题还好心提醒避免7:30-9:30 用餐，请问谁的早餐不是这个时间用餐呢。看来酒店已经知道这个问题，但是你们不扩大自己用餐环境居然让大家避开这个时间，早餐用餐在前台对面，高峯期在餐厅门口排了长队也是长了见识，用餐环境也非常拥挤。 3.定这个酒店就冲着可以打开窗户想透气，结果窗户上方的小玻璃一推就开了，关不紧，元旦福州降温，非常冷，问了中央空调能出暖风但是只有新风呼啦啦地吹，晚上冻的哆哆嗦嗦的。既然如此还不如定封闭窗户的凯宾斯基呢。 4.前台没有任何服务，正常前台管家应该在入住时候加微信，住了一天一夜后，临退房前晚上才打电话要求加微信就为了要个好评，能理解服务也非常卷，抱歉实在给不出好评，但是把心思放在做事情上，我相信好评自然就有了。 其他的早餐味道不错，地理位置优越，旁边就是五一广场，延迟退房到3:00，联通商场很方便，芽宝乐园很好玩，但是瑜不掩瑕，问题太多了，下次不会再住了。

  酒店坐落在五一广场旁，地理位置堪称完美，步行就能到三坊七巷、乌塔白塔，抵达酒店时，前台的办理效率就让我印象深刻。工作人员Nancy快速完成了入住手续，宾客部Vicky主动分享福州的游玩攻略与美食推荐，Cindy还贴心准备了特色甜汤。

  此行是带孩子跨年，还看到了五一广场升旗仪式，酒店的入住套餐也很棒，孩子不出酒店就玩得很好，有快捷通道到隔壁八匚滙，芽宝乐园孩子玩得乐不思蜀，行政酒廊的下午茶也很丰富完全可以覆盖晚餐。

  中规中矩老牌酒店，服务素养点赞，交通是真的方便，早餐还有服务员送现炸的果汁和蔬菜汁。地铁就在附近，叫车到各个风景点也不远，美食如云，温暖如秋。唯一觉得需要提高的是，酒店早餐。连吃了两天，已经感觉不能再吃第三吃了。大堂大气，温馨，雅致，但早餐时，飘散着油腻的气味。
