  一到店就升级到江景套房，面积很大，100多平吧，江景不错，设施虽旧但是很乾净，有空气净化机，还有按摩椅，有星级酒店的大气，入住体验好，早餐丰富，人也很多，酒店环境也不错……

  服务完全跟不上五星啊，不求进店就有人帮忙拿行李，到了前台办完入住，连电梯在哪里、早餐哪里吃都没有提醒。入住时説要准备小童浴袍，然后再次电话礼貌催促説马上要用，结果最后花了快一个小时、电话催促后20分钟才送到房间，我更晚叫的外卖都比他酒店内部送的快，虽然是节假日期间，但也实在让人无法理解。当然酒店设施还不错，江景房看风景不错，离万达非常近，很方便逛街。 对了，还有一点非常麻烦的，每次停车出入都要重新登记，非常不方便，这系统升级一下有这么难吗，住这么多酒店第一次遇到这种。实在不行，起码第一次登记的时候提醒一下每次进出都要重新登记，导致第二次不知情况，堵在门口非常尴尬，还得下来去前台重新输入。

  Overlooking the min river and near the metro, there are many small eateries nearby within walking distance. Service staff were excellent - especially those in reception and breakfast. But cleaners often didn't smile, and the ice cream stand was hardly manned. We were given a suite, which was huge but there was cigarette smoke smell in it. The room wasnt entirely well maintained with damaged equipment. We requested reception to open the windows to get rid of the smell which helped a bit. Cigarette smoke could also be smelled outside their gym. We went for breakfast at around 0700 but was told that hot chocolate is only available at 0800 because the staff has not arrived. We left the restaurant at about 0805 still without hot chocolate, and the staff offered to send it to our room which arrived at around 0830. The cleaner was a bit careless, and some of the staff she cleared dropped onto the floor probably while she was leaving and she did not realise it. Gym toilet has flies in it as well.

  房间免费作了升级，里面还有按摩椅 在工作之余可以放松，还可以享受免费的行政点心。酒店就在江边，可以看到江景。早餐丰富，旁边就是万达广场。
