环境不错，楼下有一棵巨大的榕树。距离三坊七巷1公里，骑共享单车去很方便，周围是居民区与政府机构，很安静。浴室还有温泉水，总之很不错咯

位置靠近三坊七巷、西湖公园、于山等。就是年代较久，好多设备有损坏，希望日后能及时维护保养。温泉水入户是不错的体验

老牌国企，国营作风，奔着三人床来的，有温泉水可以泡澡，有点惊喜。设施有历史，不过东西都齐全，干净，国企作风，估计运营人员都是有编制的•ᴗ•
