总体感觉不错，价格合理，三星级，房间很大，床垫跟床上用品都很新，温泉水直接到户，就是我们入住11层， 不知是水压不够还是花洒问题，洗澡出水时冷时热。位置离三坊七巷、五一广场、国华路商业区、省汽车站、于山风景区等都不远，走路过去都行。网上订的时候看其他网友点评说在一个院子里，很安静，去入住的时候前面刚好有建筑施工，怕会被吵到，客房经理热情地帮我们全部调到北面吵不到的房间，施工晚上很早就收工，很安静，完全没感觉周边有施工。就是房间没有晾晒衣服的地方，住几天的话洗的衣服难干，如果考虑在窗户上或靠窗位置加装晒衣服的杆子就太完美了。还有早餐品种单一，用餐时间6:30-8:00也太短了。
