缺点：本来定了6号楼的房间，结果到了说没有，最后调到3号楼，电水壶盖是坏的，马桶上方毛巾架松动，早上就没有热水洗澡了。
优点：停车方便安全，早餐还可以！

酒店的硬件设施，地理位置，周边环境相当不错，很满意。尤其值得点赞的是酒店的服务，由于从拉萨到格尔木的国道限速、道路维修和交通事故等原因的耽误，我们一行12人是在凌晨3点多才到达酒店的，前台热心体贴周到的接待极大地消除了我们因为行程耽误而产生的负面情绪，心里面感受到回家的温暖的感觉，下次入住的首选。
