已经预付了房费，艺龙也发来确认短信，可是到酒店告知已经退单了。还是小艺帮忙解决的。进了房间发现没有空调，没有饮用水，哎吆！什么酒店啊？⭐⭐⭐⭐？由于我们带了条工作犬，是工作犬，不是宠物。开房时酒店没有提如何意见，早上退房前却来告诉我们不可以带狗，说是酒店规定。我让她拿规定我看，她又拿不出来。这种服务态度，无语！
