房间设施和布局略显老气，但也算中规中矩。宾馆内外环境很赞，闹中取静且绿化很好，适合休闲散步。早餐品种和口味都很不错的。提一下服务，总感觉有些老国企的气息，格尔木宾馆作为市里对外接待的窗口，应该在服务细节上进一步雕琢打磨，比如：1、客房服务员在完成本职清理房间工作的同时，应及时主动检查和发现房间设施上的毛病，发现问题马上通知修理，不应该等客人使用后才补救，那就被动了；2、客人在场的场景下（如餐厅），员工不应该聚头大声私语，这样会破坏环境气氛；3、不管身处何地员工见到客人应该精神饱满、主动问好（我住了三天，仅遇到三个人次主动打招呼的员工），说声“你好、早上好”，毕竟不是难事，但却能让客人感到温暖的加分项。罗嗦了这么多，其实是因为很喜欢格尔木宾馆，真心希望其更进一步、越来越好。在现有的硬件条件下，提升软件质量，争取给人以五星级的体验😀😀😀
