10月9日入住，室内不冷。房间宽敞整洁，设备一应俱全。可惜洗澡水温度不够，希望改善。
前台服务不错，耐心提供信息和帮助，例如，提供包车司机的电话。希望前台能够提供更多信息，例如：哪里有西餐厅（有一家“外滩西餐厅”不错），哪里有按摩店（市内有一家盲人按摩店，服务优良，价格合理）。
本宾馆市内国内电话免费打，为我们联系旅行提供了方便。
免费早餐品种虽然不多，但是已经很不错了，缺点只是太凉。我们刚刚开饭就来到餐厅，饭菜就是凉的。已经十月初冬，饭菜应该热腾腾的，如同服务员的热情一样。此外，对于早餐之前离店的客人，应该提供早餐包放在前台给客人随身带走。一来是方便客人，二来也是履行“免费早餐”的承诺。
