粗看看还不错，仔细一看，电水壶壶盖是脱落的，卫生间的地面连地砖也没铺，直接铺了塑料地面。有个阳台却被玻璃封死了，不能开窗透气。

这么冷的天，暖气每天晚上12点到天亮的时候是没有的。中午也要停暖气，下午4点多才来。
