  Nice view.. the toilet is clean . But the breakfast can be improved and it is located at a genting grand hotel far from 1st world hotel..

  入住手续办理时间太长了，大厅服务枱与协调办理手续人员里，懂中文的人难寻找。房间没有各种一次性用品，需要自带，环境与交通很方便。

  The queue for the checkin was so long at 3am. We waited for an hour at least to check in

  To check in hottel, first i need to queue at the assistance counter to activate my registration number before I could do check-in at the machine. The queue was extremely long and slow. Took about one hour just to had this done. Furthermore understand from the staff, my nationality was indicate from China instead of Singapore. My suggestion is to confirm the registration online, this could help fast checking in hotel procedures. Thanks, Lee Hwa Moey

  The hotel didn't provide drinking water or toothpaste. However, it was cheap. Everything else was fairly standard.
