入住手续办理时间太长了，大厅服务枱与协调办理手续人员里，懂中文的人难寻找。房间没有各种一次性用品，需要自带，环境与交通很方便。

To check in hottel, first i need to queue at the assistance counter to activate my registration number before I could do check-in at the machine. The queue was extremely long and slow. Took about one hour just to had this done. Furthermore understand from the staff, my nationality was indicate from China instead of Singapore.
My suggestion is to confirm the registration online, this could help fast checking in hotel procedures.

The worst hotel ever stayed. Arrived 11.30am and only get to checkin my room at 5pm. Hotel arrange about 50 auto check in machine at lobby and every machine has 8-10pax in que and the worst part is majority of the ppl get the same message-- room is not available. Never come back again.

这个所谓的世界第一酒店实在是太差了，房间小设施旧，没有空调，没有阳光，没有隔音，没有牙刷，保险柜是坏的，几乎没有服务，没有瓶装水，千万别喝楼道里的饮水机，我就喝了一小口，直接拉肚子发高烧，这破地方能劝一位是一位！千万别图便宜，酒店就是一分钱一分货，下次一定住好一点的酒店！我的充电线也找不到了，酒店太大，根本就联系不到客服，等于没有任何服务！

One of the worst experience. The check-in time was 9hrs for a room we booked paying money. It was not even a free room. No matter how much time you wait no one is responsive. If your are pregnant or travelling with kids & elderly avoid staying at this hotel. The room has no amenities. And there is no breakfast or free parking for ovenight stays available. The staff are very irresponsible. I have attached the token i got for check-in, i took it at 4 and 8pm still have to wait for 2-3 more hours. Finally when you are given the room its in some corner tower 3 which smells of smoke mostly. We specifically booked for non smoking room and asked for a queen bed they gave us two single beds for a couple.
