Need to go to a counter to take ota number before checking in. Check in timing usually crowded and need to wait some time. Staff friendly and helpful, housekeepers too were proactive. Great experience

Room suit for 2 pax.
Toilet and shower seperated.
If u have more than 2 luggages the room quite small
So far the room just ok for me 1 pax and the nearest
to all amenities up at the genting. Im travelling and staying here because of the Prudential event. I find it very convenient to stay here. My 2nd time staying here for both occasion.

Check in took about 1hr. If you are to book via 3rd party website, you have to queue at another lane before you can proceed with self check in, very troublesome! Special request require additional $$$$ ie, connecting room, room with view. Old hotel with no amenities in room, dirty towel. Overall not comfortable stay.

Excellent location , outstanding access to facilities, marvellous service, perfect timings of check in and check out practices, and amazing kishok for check in and check out arrangements.
This is a lovely place to stay with family. I went there by 11 am in the morning and got check in immediately without any delay. When I want to find an eateries near by the hotel… There are thousands of options in few hundred steps.
I strongly recommending this world’s largest hotel for those who need to enjoy the Genting highland facilities.

走廊有装修然后没提示 然后被骂 走廊被封了不知道怎么走没有人带我们走去我们房间 热水很足 提供的饮水很臭 地板有装修的残渣物 额外付费高层但是没有高层 离主楼很远 不适合长者

饭店check in等超过三个小时，自动化设备一直无法有效解决问题，整个大厅都是等待入住的旅客??浪费许多时间
但饭店位置绝佳，与乐园、Mall连接在一起，吃喝玩乐很方便
