We stayed on 20-22 Dec 25. Unfortunately the weather was bad and we didn’t see Mt. Fuji.
Hotel Clad has nice but cramped room.
Onsen is very nice.
The breakfast was ok.

The hotel is within 10 minutes walk to the outlet, so it a good choice for those who want to do a full day shopping, and then enjoy hot spring after that. We lived in a room facing Fuji mountain. Hotel breakfast is buffet style with variety of choices. Highly recommended.

酒店步行直达御殿场 Premium outlet，购物非常方便，酒店大堂落地玻璃面对富士山，简直是梦幻般的景景致，我入住的房山是富士景观房，除了房间宽躺舒适，景色更是美到不能用笔墨形容，酒店设计简约舒适，无论在大堂，餐厅，客房，浴埸，均有富士山踪影，惊喜万分。

理想中的高级温泉酒店！大厅的落地窗实在太壮观，可以看着发呆好久，晚上跟清晨都有去木之花之汤的大众池泡温泉，非常惬意，一切休闲设施很完备！
小可惜是凹累到饭店原本有接驳车的服务，但目前已经停驶，需要自己步行上去约10分钟，隔天早上需要计程车的话可以请前台帮忙联络好司机

The room is clean with perfect Mount Fuji view. Bed is comfortable. The onsen is superb with large space and a comfortable common resting place with comics, lounge chairs and nice Fuji view.
