本来只预订了一天，后来发现位置很好又续住了两天，前台直接升级了豪华房，房间位置很好，视野开阔又很安静，只是早餐相对比较简单当然因为是连锁酒店标准化流程也能理解

每次单位出差到广州市区办事，都要住这儿，订几间房，服务一如既往，停车方便，房间环境很好， 出入方便，旁边广州酒家菜品地道，不错。

I would like to say that every guest was being treated equally. Regarding if you are Chinese or …
First, they responded to my email quickly! When I arrived I was shocked to see how clean the hotel is. The room upgrade was amazing. The room is huge and the beds are soft. The hotel has many perks for guests to make sure they have a pleasant stay. The housekeeper was extremely kind and was always smiling. She even assured our stay was wonderful. Most importantly, the breakfast was delicious! Even the manager was helping cook eggs because it was a busy one morning and staff making sure everything was taken care of.?The area is quiet and sleeping was easy on the soft beds. The morning security guard was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure children weren’t lost and safe. He was always happy! ?Many of the staff have limited English, but they helped me get a taxi. The area has a lot of food choices. But the metro is pretty far! There is a huge mall across the street with a grocery store.?
Things I think management should improve:?
- Providing more English channels.?
- Putting we speak English tags on staff who can speak English.?
- Having translators on the staff to assist in all languages.
- Putting privacy film on the shower so that … ?
- Having packets of powder cream with the coffee in the room.?

我认为管理层应该改进的地方：

-在会说英语的员工身上贴上我们讲英语的标签。
- 员工有翻译人员提供所有语言的协助。
-在淋浴间贴上隐私膜，这样......
-房间里有一包奶油粉和咖啡。
