还没入住，已经有管家加微信来询问入住习惯及要求，这点很好，房间乾净整洁，床垫柔软，非常舒服，床品触感也非常不错，早餐品类丰富也非常好吃.特别提一下礼宾服务，我们晚上打车回酒店，下车时门口服务生会帮我们检查有没有东西遗留在车上，居然还发现了上一档客人遗留在车内的手机，这点非常用心，好评！

从入住到退房全程体验感拉满?? 位置便利，步行可达高铁站，离中心商圈也很近；房间乾净整洁，前台小姐姐超热情，点名表扬Caroline和Vicky，入住期间有需要都会很耐心的回覆并提供帮助，下次来广州还选这家酒店！

All in all we are very satisfied with the hotel. Great location, very helpful and friendly staff, spacious room with very large bed. They even decorated the bed and provided us with a cake for our wedding anniversary. Highly recommended!
