整体环境优美，周围配套设施齐全，酒店旁边就是万达广场。唯一的缺点就是前台接待的员工感觉像新入职的菜鸟一样，登记入住的速度奇慢无比，和其他希尔顿酒店对比业务素质太差。

酒店位于万达旁边，两个地铁站均距离一公里左右，公交站比较方便，周边配套设施齐全，但是又很安静。

位置很好，酒店隔壁就是万达广场，整体服务也很好，酒店配套健身游泳设备很棒，服务员彬彬有礼。唯一的缺点就是酒店洗浴设备有些老旧，希望酒店管理人员安排维修保养。希尔顿一如既往的好，出差在外首选酒店，值得信赖。
