酒店服务还是不错的，房间也整洁，离万达广场特别近吃东西很方便，商场里有个沃尔玛超市，离地铁也不算太远需要步行十分钟，我们出行几乎是靠打车所以影响不大。打车到越秀公园也就十八元左右。酒店环境还是很好的，值得入住。

酒店的服务人员还是比较贴心，服务随传随到，但是记性有点差，比较容易遗忘一些重要的事情，房费忘记一并刷，分开两笔刷之后，第二天居然打电话来说还没付款，需要补交房费，有点莫名奇妙，附近就有万达广场，交通饮食还是比较方便，但是没有什么好食的，最好食的还是酒店的房间叫餐

酒店位置可以，附近娱乐，吃喝玩乐都有，打车方便，停车场有点脏，光线不好，免费，餐厅自助餐不错。唯一不太满意是大堂服务人员笑容少，早上十二点前会打电话叫你退房，好像怕人家拖延，就算是拖延一点点不过份也算正常吧，星级酒店来说价格不低但制度不够人性化和服务人员不够体贴，但总体感觉还是舒服的。
