算是广州周边五星级酒店的价位，虽然位置有点偏僻，但是酒店设计非常不错。还是很值得上山路的蜿蜒。适合周末想去放空的好地方，还会选择二次前往。

酒店整体来説还可以 但是位置实在是太偏了 想在酒店门口打车都打不到一辆车都没有 附近一个外卖都没有 只能在酒店里吃 要是住在帐篷房里 每天还要爬很多土楼梯 ? 餐厅味道整体还行 价格格也很好 都是现做的 挺有烟火气息的 但是吃了两天会腻 ??客房服务10:30就没有了 ??整体来説环境可以 ?不适合长期住，住个两天左右体验体验还是可以的 价格的话差也差不多 但是绝对不会来第二次太远了 太累了 ?不嫌累的可以来体验一下

这次在畿云瑶民宿住了两晚，体验了两种不同的房型，总体印象不错，是一次难得的放松之旅。躺在帐篷房里就能直接感受山间的清风、满眼的绿意，不过隔音是硬伤，夜晚山林里的虫鸣鸟叫比较大，多少会影响睡眠质，但酒店也贴心准备了耳塞。另外一个豪华园景房相对惬意，私密性也更好。餐食上无论是早餐还是正餐，味道都算可口，食材感觉也比较新鲜。份量适中，摆盘也花了点心思。最后服务人员点个赞！从入住到离店，遇到的每一位工作人员都热情周到，笑容亲切，有问必答，让人感觉很舒服。这种宾至如归的服务态度为整个住宿体验加分不少。

满分100分的话，给78分。环境不错，客观评价服务有待提高。因为我去过很多名宿，很多管家都很细致。首先一开始并不知道可以游泳没带泳衣，管家提前加微信可以提前通知叮嘱，后面换好自己服装后到达泳池，又説泳池已经关闭了，人在前台时管家并没有通知关闭时间，説是没有看管不能下去，那么热的天，不可能白天游泳吧。广东的夏天，懂得都懂。当时包括我们只有三四位客人，就餐期间有探店博主全程拍摄录制打光，有些影响就餐体验，早餐还吃出一根头发。重点是约好的退房时间，迟到5分钟，我自己拿着行李走到一半，刚好晚五分钟下暴雨，全身湿透上车，刚好按照我约定的时间就可以完美躲避暴雨，説是中途接了其他客人，只能説这个暴雨卡的刚刚好。有些名宿有很多活动设定，这边也没有，但是帐篷拍照还是好看的。价格跟服务不成正比，期待过高。

房间非常乾净，酒店服务很好，特别是管家小张，跟那位小黄，还有一位畿云瑶的餐厅主管很像宋小宝的，忘了叫啥名了，酒店员工服务太好了我都记不住太多了

一个偶然的机会发现这家宝藏的酒店，虽然天气不似预期，但是也有一番风味。管家服务也挺贴心细致的，我们来的时候也做足了攻略，评论也翻了好多。感觉也没像网上説的那样。女朋友很满意，以后还想来！

园景私人浴池及帐篷房间。
整体服务满意, 但对于硬件上还需要有很大的改善空间, 相比其他品牌酒店, 价钱不太合理。
值得一赞酒店的管家, 他真很落力为客人提供服务, 配合客人需要
酒店位置较偏远，上山是单程路, 又斜又高又窄又多急湾， 我们聘用的司机, 也觉得很危险, 一般的司机技术有限, 建议联络酒店安排接送上山。
园景房间+帐篷房间发现的问题

?? 房门锁匙开门关门困难
? 酒店wi-fi完全用不到，在田园区简直是断联
? 山上网络接收亦很困难
?全晚青蛙叫, 大风到帐篷好似吹起， 难以入睡
?? 晚上房间的灯开了等于冇开
? 晚上欠缺街灯， 尤其是行落帐篷区域, 上落比较危险，如果有小朋友，因为完全没灯， 青蛙大只到好似拳头咁大, 好恐怖
?? 房间是没有电视
???餐厅menu 午餐晚餐都是同一个有限款式, 味道可以接受, 但价钱不成正比
建议计划行程的朋友, 上山前准备足够粮食。 由于山路危险所有**都不提供服务, 酒店只有餐厅， 没有什么便利店

This has honestly been the best getaway from the bustling city in a long while.
Ji Yun Yao is exactly what we wanted, a light luxury hotel nested in the middle of the mountains, away from the the crowds and the traffic.
- Location: there’s about 12 mins of a drive before arriving to the hotel, where you need to navigate through the narrow one lane road with at lease 2-3 steep turns. You’ll need to contact the receptionist beforehand to make sure no car is coming down before you make your way up. It can be a bother to some, but I think it was worthwhile once we were up there, especially because it means there were no day trippers visiting to take photos and leave.
- Facility: there are 31 rooms in total, each with great privacy. The room we stayed in was quite new. We loved the spacious design, and our own private hot spring tube. The common areas are super well designed, and really blended the arquitectura and the landscape really well.
- Service: we really enjoyed the service we received. All staff was kind and polite. Most of them greeted us appropriated just like they would in a five star hotel. The attention to detail was very heartwarming, especially one of the restaurant waiter who remembered our coffee order from the previous day and the baby food order, before we even asked it.
It would be nice if they had name tags so we can recognize their efforts.
- Food: Breakfast and afternoon tea are complimentary from the hotel. You can choose from Western or Chinese breakfast each day. Lunch and Dinner are not included in your stay. There is only one hotel restaurant that serves Chinese food. Waimai may or may not reach the hotel (we didn’t try). The hotel restaurant had pretty great food, so we dined there the two days we stayed there.
-Activities: there’s a play room and playground for kids, which was well maintained. There’s also a small river/lake which you can walk around. We really enjoyed sitting by the water in one of the platforms and take in the scenery and the quietness.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a break from the noise, and anyone who would enjoy a quiet retreat in the mountains.
