    酒店位于花都融创文旅城的核心区域，游玩便利，有接驳车到各个景点。房间乾净舒适，湖景房景色很美，客房服务周到，酒店的早餐很赞，泰国菜也很地道。

    房间还可以，位置不错。 但是浴室取少地巾，洗完澡脚湿漉漉的只能把毛巾铺地上；前台服务很不专业，我们订了三间房，提前两天打电话告知前台给我们安排在一起，结果当天四点入住的时侯一间在八楼，两间在七楼；一家四口两间安排在楼的两侧，关键办入住的时候前台一脸毫无表情的説，他们酒店的安排在一起的意思就是尽量在一个楼层。那就谢谢你了，扑克牌脸先生。下次不考虑入住。

    入住广州融创施柏阁酒店体验超棒！客房服务超贴心，发现喝茶习惯后主动加送矿泉水，手写便签超暖心。餐厅早餐品类丰富，华夫饼、玛芬蛋糕口感都很好，大堂还有机器人超吸睛，整体体验满分！交通十分便利，走路10分钟就到融创茂。

    环境：还可以 衞生：没有很乾净 服务：生日布置太敷衍，就是那个毛线拼生日快乐几个字，送的生日蛋糕也是植物奶油，酒店这个档次和蛋糕一点也不匹配 餐厅的自助餐避雷，晚餐的海鲜都是不新鲜的，蟹是化水的肉，拉肚子，早餐也没有什么好吃的，服务员态度也很一般 入住体验很一般，对不起酒店的价格
