房间外的风景不错。由於到店时间晚了，携程上説的宵夜也没了，其实这也没什麽，但是你应该在携程上面注明，据説免费升级了一个房型，还是值得表扬。早餐的种类很少，不像一个四钻的标准，等电梯的时间也比较长。离店的时候説开发票，前台答应的很爽快，由於加了微信，12点就把讯息发过去了，到了3点多，一点反应都没，於是催了一下，过了大约十分钟，还是没有反应。到了4点多，还是没有反应，於是投诉到携程，做服务行业的最重要的是服务，如果不用心对待旅客，下次旅客也不会选择你。

服务一级棒，无可挑剔，非常喜欢前台。外卖会有人主动拿上来，并且呼叫前台回覆也十分迅速。
房间环境挺不错的，灯光很舒适，有驱蚊器，有一键关灯，功能挺齐全的。
浴室有自动加热的马桶，非常好评。
可惜的是浴缸和洗手枱有小瑕疵，但是不影响功能。
我住的15层，想泡热水浴但是热水不太够高温，这点让我有点失望。
早餐的选择也是挺局限的。
其他的东西我无可挑剔，总体我觉得入住体验能打4颗星/5

It's very noisy and annoying since there is a construction site outside the hotel!
Check-in procedure is complicated!!
No mini-bar / small fridge even a so call "Superior Double Room"!!
