酒店环境很好，装修很新，香薰也很好闻，位置也很方便，酒店服务态度也很好很热情，离游玩的地方也很近，下次还会来这里入住的。离店还有送我小玩具，很不错。

设施：算不上新，但是也不旧，不影响
衞生：衞生条件还可以，自己习惯带了一次性四件套，衞生间也挺乾净
环境：地段很好，周边很多吃的，商场也不少，去哪儿都很方便
服务：前台服务态度特别好，让人有宾至如归的感受，帮忙续住和开票都很礼貌询问，服务到位，房间收拾垃圾也很及时。

We stayed 5 days ago and come back because we stored our luggage at hotel and has some parcels to receive. By mistake we booked a smaller room (Delux double) then last time. The room was in lower floor and smelled not so good. The location was very good. If you stay at this hotel, should choose the bigger room at higher floor (business room). Staffs were helpful.

The room was rundown and could be cleaner.
Apart from that, the hotel is good. There is a laundry room that you can use for free and the staff is friendly. The room was spacious. The location was perfect in the old part of Guangzhou.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment on that.

The best hotel in Guangzhou and the best service! Specially want to regard Skyler and Candy for their hospitality and helping in everything. Sure we will come back only to this hotel. We love everything there!

不是第一次选择希岸了，酒店房间装修风格比较统一有特色。饮用水是百岁山，可见是花了成本的。前台服务热情周到。房间乾净整齐，洗手间衞生做的比较彻底。健身室虽然不大但一应俱全，全天开放随时可以去。入住和退房流程简单无需等候。此次入住体验极好，赠花??！

房间整体来説不大不小，隔音效果不是特别好，关了窗睡觉早上也会被外面的汽车声音吵醒。景点的话旁边有一个公园，步行1公里左右有个陈家祠。但是我住的那天体验不太好，因为洗到一半发现护发素一点都没有，晚上和前台反馈了有给我送洗发素上来，但是退房的时候我和前台説那个小哥一点抱歉的话都没説，简简单单哦了一下，然後直接打电话去了，当下我真的有点生气的，好歹一句抱歉给顾客带来不好的体验啥的吧，唉……

临时决定去广州，因为害怕第二天下雨，去仁威祖庙就不方便了，就定了在旁边的希岸Deluxe，没想到挺惊喜的，大堂布置很特别，房间很乾净，衞生很好，之前看到评论説衞生间角落会不太乾净有点担心，但事实完全没有，看我们人多还帖子的多给了我们几瓶水，入住和离店工作人员都很热情，强烈推荐！
