来广州看演唱会，特地选了离stayrealpark最近的酒店，步行去天环非常快。周边的商场、餐饮店也非常多，很方便。再説説酒店，新开的就是乾净整洁，并且没有任何装修味道，无论是前台还是保洁，都非常热情周到，朋友帮我买了周边暂存酒店，但少了一样东西，前台的小姐姐很主动的帮我们查监控，并且反覆查了好几遍，真的好棒，下次来还是要住这里

酒店的地点非常好，步行可达地铁站和很多美食在周围。这次入住体验远超预期！从进门开始，前台工作人员全程微笑服务，高效办完入住.房间乾净得让人惊喜，可以使用智能化设备开关灯，床单被罩没有一丝异味，衞生间乾湿分离设计很合理，洗漱用品都是品牌货，房间宽敞明亮，落地窗视野绝佳，床品柔软舒适，一夜好眠。酒店的前台人员都非常专业和顾客至上，特别是酒店的主管余锡宏非常友善和热情。入住的第一天因为安排了清远包车一日游，原本打算把五个大小行李箱寄存在这间会住上四天的酒店（三间房）前台处，早上十一点和前台沟通后，他特别让我们先可以开一间房间把行李箱放好，然后晚上回来再办另外两间房间的入住。他还帮我把23个包裹从800m外的分店（我放错收件地址），特地找人帮忙送回来我住的分店，非常感谢。

这次入住体验远超预期！从进门开始，前台工作人员全程微笑服务，高效办完入住还主动介绍周边美食，特别贴心。房间乾净得让人惊喜，床单被罩没有一丝异味，衞生间乾湿分离设计很合理，洗漱用品都是品牌货，用着放心。
最意外的是窗外景色，早上拉开窗帘就能看到满眼绿植，心情瞬间变好。早餐种类超丰富，热菜、点心、水果一应俱全，味道也很赞。离地铁站只有5分钟路程，出行超方便。下次来这座城市，一定还选这家！

这次入住体验非常满意。酒店位置便利，周边餐饮和出行都很方便。前台服务态度友好，办理入住和退房都很高效。房间整体乾净整洁，床品舒适，隔音效果不错，晚上休息得很好。浴室热水稳定，洗漱用品齐全。公共区域维护得也不错，整体环境安静有品质。性价比在同档次酒店中算是比较高的，下次有机会还会选择入住，也会推荐给朋友。

Location of hotel is right in the centre of CBD, just across Tianhe Shopping Centre and a 5 minute walk from MRT.
Hotel occupies a total of 3 storeys from 6 to 8 storeys.
Room is very clean and spacious.
It is renovated recently a year ago.
Worth recommending!

Very convenient location, but a bit traffic ＞＜!
3 big department stores and 7-11 is just next door
Metro is in walking range?
Car parking is available (not used)
Very satisfying with room, clean and convenient..
Staff have Chinese standard English communication skills which can use mobile translator, not an issue!
Breakfast Buffet is suitable as room rate is not high. Not much variety but enough.?
Gym is available?
Laundry room is available?
With this price I'll back to this Hotel and will recommend to my friends to stay here ^^

房间乾净舒适整洁
设施：十分齐全，健身房洗衣房都有
衞生：很乾净，无灰尘，第一次入住就被惊艳到了
环境：楼下就是地铁站，交通出行很方便
服务：服务态度热情，亲切，从来没见过服务态度这麽好的前台 给前台小姑娘点个大大的赞??

酒店：旧楼改造，房间较小，酒店电梯大堂走廊用的香味不是我喜欢的

地点：酒店在大路旁，滴滴可以直接停在门前路旁。地铁也是方便的，出门右转就有个地跌入口。
我较注重房间舒适度，有机会我会尝试其他酒店设施

客服有礼，通常都会视乎房间情况而免费升级畀客人
唯一有一样奇怪嘅系我check in放低行李之後就出咗街夜晚返嚟浴室竟然有一滩水而我系从来冇用过浴室，我和前台讲我担心有人入过房间虽然我的行李冇被动过，前台亦都灵活地帮我换咗另一间房。
新酒店设施一切都系新嘅马桶亦都系灵活感应冲水而且会有暖座，一切都系新嘅
有露台嘅房间会比较通爽同透气且还有吊椅。
大堂温馨的提供了免费咖啡机给住客
地理位置优越近,“天环，正街，广百big mall”。酒店设於商厦6,7,/8 F和一些office共用一个building
