酒店是今年开业的，设施新，房间没有装修味，但房间外的过道装修味比较重（图二）。房间干净卫生，不错，如果不在意过道的装修味，值得入住。早餐品种简单，能够吃饱。
酒店位于天河城商圈，离天河城、广百、地铁站近，交通方便，附近有许多美食。周围环境比较差，窗户无可观看的外景（图一）。

说是酒店，更像旅馆。
酒店一楼门口实际上跟一个小店面没差，没人当值，没任何酒店的布置，从外面看是完全不起眼了。只有两台老电梯，入住当天遇上一台坏了，就一台运作，拉大型行李或者推宝宝车的可不方便了。
前台在6楼，健身房、餐厅、洗衣机都在同一个范围。白天登记的员工还好，挺有礼貌的，效率可以的。第一次遇到房间就在前台旁边，就是一个走廊，两边都是客房。更没想到的是，房门直接没关，不了解是什么情况。
在广州夏季，窗户也不关，刚进房就开始打蚊子。所谓的落地窗，就是图片那样，跟正常预期是两回事，店方不如别标示了。门边的行李架，如果是带大行李箱，箱子打开后就直接顶着房门。
其他设备跟一般的3星没差，唯一比较好使的是电视，讯号可以的。店方标示的小度智能，第一次遇到是用不了的，旁边的排插也有个插口不通电。
淋浴间可以的，就是图片中那个隔水的胶边往外翻，这个维护明显不行，花洒也需要维护了。
虽然位置是很不错，在核心地带，不过这个价格跟房型而言，性价比绝低。从下车看到酒店门口，到完成整个体验，只能说不像样。

超棒体验！这家酒店值得N刷??
最近出游入住了这家酒店，体验感直接拉满。
先说说设施，房间宽敞明亮，床品柔软舒适，一觉能睡到天亮。卫生间干净整洁，热水供应稳定又充足。
服务更是没话说，从进门的那一刻，工作人员就热情迎接，办理入住快速又高效。遇到问题时，他们总是第一时间响应，解决得妥妥当当。
酒店的健身房和洗衣房特别贴心。健身器材种类丰富，让我在出游期间也能坚持锻链。洗衣房干净又方便，免费使用。
还有自助早餐，种类超级丰富，口味棒，每一样都能看出精心的准备。
这次入住体验 我非常满意，以后来这座城市，我肯定还会选择这家酒店。强烈推荐给大家！

这家酒店地理位置超棒，就在市中心，周边商场、餐厅、地铁站一应俱全，出行和觅食都超方便。
房间布置得温馨又舒适，床铺柔软，床品干净整洁，晚上睡得超香。洗漱用品质量也很好。房间里还贴心配备了小冰箱。早餐种类丰富，热菜、凉菜、面包、水果、饮品样样俱全，味道也很不错。
工作人员态度热情，还主动给我推荐周边好玩的地方和好吃的餐厅。

Hotel pretty new, room smells good. short hair receptionist is v friendly. another lady not helpful whn i could not contact delivery driver ask me to call myself and communicate myself. i thought they will help as they should be more familiar w hotel location than a tourist.

This is definitely a good place for those who love shopping. All the mall and luxury stores are just walking distance. Very easy to access to food, spa and bars.
Would love to go back there again if I stay Guangzhou for my next business trip.

I am so disappointed with the hotel. Cleanliness was horrible. Strands of hair were on the floor, even after the daily housekeeping. A light bulb was fused in the toilet, and I asked for it to be replaced. When maintenance came to replace the bulb when I was out, they littered my room with their rubbish. Coincidentally, housekeeping skipped my room and left my room uncleaned that day. Imagine how horrified it was when I entered my room. During my stay, there was power cut twice for the entire building. Once in the afternoon for an hour and another was for 1 minute during the late night. There were 3 dryers in the hotel. All of these machines broke down together. Only one dryer could spin with cold wind, but it was pointless using it. In all, the hotel, though new, is poorly maintained. It was a pure disappointment.
