第一次入住这个酒店 ，给我的感觉很不错的，前台小钟服务不错，很有耐心，会考虑我的需求，这里的安保也会帮忙拿行李，酒店房间也很新，还有智能的饮水器，喝水很方便，想和多少度就可以调多少度的水，酒店地理位置很好，离吃饭的地方近，入住体验还是不错哒[憨笑]

房间慨设计较新，浴室空间够大，而浴室好干净冇尘埃和热水够水。房间的被铺好干净和枕头床垫好舒服。我住05号房间，房门都尚可隔到音。早餐的皮蛋瘦肉粥好美味和咖啡都好饮，但款式不是太多，而到09:00已经没有添加食物。不过整体好满意，下次都会选择。

New hotel on 2025 so the place still good, look modern and clean
The room is amazing, bed comfy and bathroom good
The downside is there is no one help our baggage when enter or exit the hotel

The hotel is very close to the new metro line 11, soon it will connect to the line 2, the area is not in a fancy neighborhood, there's a lot of eateries around, the room is nicely decorated like a boutique hotel, if you can get a non smoking room that will be perfect, the breakfast buffet is good quality and tasty, front desk receptionist very nice, all staff are very friendly and helpful, good location, value pricing

This hotel is excellent! It is conveniently near the subway, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and they have a robot for your food delivery and a smart water dispenser that heats up your water so fast. Xiao Yang and Xiao Zhong are attentive and helpful, they were so kind to so us. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. If you are ever in Guangzhou, try this hotel you won’t regret it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I could ask for. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet – there were plenty of delicious options to choose from. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

希岸是女儿推荐的酒店，设计时尚，一进入大堂，便感受到浓浓的艺术氛围。特别喜欢大堂的香氛和背景音乐，领人感到轻松宁静，旅途的疲惫顿减。酒店的交通便利，现代化客房舒适整洁，机器人把外卖送到房间门口，这些都给我们带来了很好的入住体验。更重要的是这是一家宠物友好酒店。maggie,zach服务特别好，赠送了早餐。阳光帅气的zach，帮我把闪购的特大号猫抓板送到房间，很贴心。今后还会选择入住希岸。

这次入住希岸体验感很好，深夜入住但前台仍然保持高质量服务，前台小杨和小谭服务很好，体验感超棒，可以帮我延迟到下午退房，很满意??，酒店离11号线地铁站梓元岗A口200米左右，出行很方便，也是新开业设施设备都很新，人体感应智能客控非常方便
