两个浴巾和床单都发现了不明毛发，洗澡也没热水，投诉后换了一间房结果浴巾一打开还是有头发。 总经理说是洗涤厂的问题不知道真的假的， 卫生问题很大。 投诉后总经理很快回应，态度好但卫生太瘆人了。体验很差不会再住了
