前台服务态度很好，女儿感冒了给拿了药，退房时还在问感冒好了没有，很感动，酒店干净卫生，楼层的打扫卫生的小伙子不停的在收拾各个房间，收拾的特别干净，酒店用的洗发精味道很好闻，这次去广州最满意的就是这家酒店。

酒店跟皮革城连着，因为春节放假，皮革城没人，周围很清净。停车场车位也不紧张，并且退房后还能免费停着。酒店外观稍微旧了点，不过里面翻新了，很漂亮。自己把日期搞错了，酒店还是照常按订单给我们住房。并且考虑到小孩的情况，给我们大床房。到了房间后还专门致电问是否满意房间，前台人员服务非常好。还送了孩子手指套动物玩具，孩子非常开心。房间里的设备非常完善，住过长隆主题酒店，也是差不多的配备而已。楼层内有其它公司或足浴之类，进酒店楼层要刷房卡，安全还是可以的。
