住了两间，一个五天，一个四天。房间设施各方面还可以。打扫房间的阿姨给好评。酒店前台的态度，呵呵。空调坏了。住的跟订的不一样。要求三次换房一直借口说没房。后来发飙才说马上安排。换到了我订的行政房。退房后，艺龙一直发信息说我违约未按时入住。后来打电话核实，说酒店说我违约，只住了一天。我不知道酒店到底在搞什么鬼。想赚钱想疯了！！！
