我住的830房间，今早9点服务员莫名其妙的刷卡进入我房间，然后开灯，让我妻子受到惊吓，请问这是一个准4星酒店的服务？即使你需要查房，能否先按门铃或者敲门，连基本的礼貌都没有，直接闯入，这是什么行为，是盗贼行为吧如果说的难听点，这家酒店我不会再光顾，而且还让更多人知道你们的这种行为

地理位置优越，就近淘金地铁站，出行便利，楼下就有星巴克，这次去住的是月夜主题房，由于提前预定并办理了VIP，而由榻榻米房升级而来，入住第三天还有会员优惠折上折，还是挺实惠的

环境不错，我订的是无烟大床房，睡袍有烟味，无语，房间居然没剃须刀，问前台，服务生语调不爽还理所当然，房间瓶装水很小，还没红茶。
