前台戴眼镜小姐姐服务热心，酒店工作人员热情，服务很好。入住的时候碰巧繁忙时间，等了十五分钟左右才拿到房。房间开阔，设施齐全。窗外对着条马路。隔音做得很好，听不到隔壁房的声音和车流声。同行外国友人第一次来广州住的很惬意。离景点也蛮近的。

I stayed at Crystal Orange Taojin Hotel for 13 days.
Unfortunately, during my stay, some money from my bag went missing. I have no idea how it happened. The hotel said they would check the security cameras, but there was no result. Later, we reviewed the footage again with the police, yet still no explanation. The staff didn’t show enough concern until the police arrived.
In addition, the door lock in my room was broken, and the door would sometimes remain open, which made me feel unsafe.
There was also water leakage on the walls, and the reception staff barely speak English, so communication was only possible through translation apps.
The beds were clean and the location is good, but because of these negative experiences, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

酒店地理位置好，靠近地铁站，交通便利。店内设施服务齐全，前台礼仪得体。还有哈根达斯这个小惊喜。房间安静，入住舒适。总的来説，酒店很适合商务出差，下次还会再来。

在深圳住了不止十次桔子水晶酒店，每次都很满意！所以也相信这品牌，于是到广州旅游也选择了桔子水晶酒店。
虽然就酒店开业挺久的，但房间的装修还挺时尚，设备也保养得不错。
下午登记入住后，有小插曲，本人觉得空调不足，前台很有耐心的亲自上房间帮我处理问题，最后换了一间房间解决！非常满意！没有让我失望
听説未来一两年酒店会再次装修，很期待翻新后的体验，未来再去广州会再选择桔子水晶酒店

- 做手术后一直住在橘子水晶，基础的医疗物品齐全（温度计、创可贴、碘酒、纱布等）。工作人员也都很关照，很感激。
手术休息期间，家人多次去大堂打热水，前台临行时还专门送了一个热水壶，太贴心了
服务：机器人送外卖及时
衞生：很乾净
设施：淘金/区庄站同价位的酒店，橘子水晶是环境、设施特别好的
早餐： 早餐选择丰富，种类选择比亚朵酒店、CitiGo酒店要多不少
很推荐，会再次入住
